we love Mexican food. we love it.
the mister has been wanting to have taco night for a few weeks and we did it.
I found a pin to this recipe for homemade taco seasoning... tastes just like the seasoning you get in the store and you can make a ton of it if you want to keep having taco nights OR just enough for your meal.

a year or two ago, npr held a valentine's card contest. the runner up had an illustration of a couple having dinner at home, with the caption: "i wish every night was taco night." jamie and i quote that a lot.
