Oh no! What a terrible thing to happen! Give me my kitchenaid or give me death!
That's awful that your mixer may have already bitten the dust. :( I know KitchenAid will fix the problem or get your a new one or whatever. I've had mine for 10 years with no problem....however, I've REALLY just started using it a lot in the past few months. Be sure to tell us the deets and if you get a new one.
